01 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
02 - ½ cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line the bottom of an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
