04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
06 - Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl until smooth and slightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a layer approximately 1/3 inch thick.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries if desired.
06 - Press the toppings lightly into the yogurt to ensure adherence.
07 - Freeze uncovered for a minimum of 3 hours or until completely firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift the bark onto a cutting surface, and break or cut into pieces before serving.
09 - Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
