# Directions:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F and prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
03 - Spread tomatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until soft, caramelized, and blistered. Allow to cool slightly after roasting.
04 - Place feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as necessary.
05 - Transfer whipped feta mixture to a shallow serving bowl. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
06 - Spoon roasted cherry tomatoes and their juices over the whipped feta. Garnish with torn basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
07 - Serve immediately with warm pita bread or gluten-free crackers as desired.
