Juicy peaches and soft cinnamon rolls baked into a cozy dish with sweet icing and pecan crunch.

# What You'll Need:

→ Casserole

01 - 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
02 - 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Topping

07 - Icing from cinnamon roll package
08 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Cut each cinnamon roll into four equal pieces and reserve the icing packets.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the drained peach slices with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until fully coated.
04 - Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared dish. Top with half of the peach mixture. Repeat with remaining cinnamon roll pieces and peach mixture.
05 - Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the surface. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden and cooked through.
06 - Allow the casserole to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle with reserved icing and, if desired, sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
07 - Serve warm, plain or accompanied by vanilla ice cream as desired.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • This casserole tastes like a bakery cinnamon roll hiding inside a fruit cobbler – so easy, but everyone thinks you baked for hours.
  • The juicy peaches and melty icing create that irresistible balance of comfort and showstopper appeal.
02 -
  • Rushing the cooling step means the icing will melt straight into the casserole instead of creating those pretty swirls.
  • Drain the peaches thoroughly, or you’ll get a soggy bottom—the first time, I forgot and learned the hard way.
03 -
  • Letting the icing sit in a warm spot softens it just enough to flow easily but not melt away the way it will on a piping hot bake.
  • Layering the peaches between the rolls and again on top ensures juicy bites throughout—don’t skip the double layering!
