# Directions:

01 - Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 ounce capacity for layering.
02 - Dissolve red gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Divide mixture evenly between cups, approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Position cups at a slight angle using a muffin tin and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until completely set.
03 - Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Incorporate sweetened condensed milk and cool mixture to room temperature.
04 - Once red layer is firmly set, gently pour white layer mixture on top, approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Position cups upright and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until firmly set.
05 - Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water in a bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Cool mixture to room temperature before proceeding.
06 - Once white layer is firmly set, gently pour cooled blue gelatin mixture over white layer, approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Refrigerate upright for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
07 - Top each cup with whipped cream and fresh blueberries and strawberries if desired before serving.
