06 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
07 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder

# Directions:
01 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds to form steaks. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
03 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well and set aside.
04 - Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides evenly with smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
05 - Arrange cabbage steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
06 - Air fry for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
07 - Flip the cabbage steaks and air fry for an additional 8 minutes until golden and crispy around the edges.
08 - Remove from air fryer and immediately brush hot cabbage steaks with the garlic butter mixture.
09 - Serve warm, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
